Morrison. actual NEW facts about his life as military brat
plus these grannies were goin' on about what a poet/sex God he wuz,lookin'
like they wuz reminiscin' (with Popeye!) in the rocknroll retirement
home! (ole hippie ladies, but cool McCool). DEAD PEOPLE FACT: both
of mine and Jimbo's Ma's descend from John Stiles whom died 4 June
1662 Windsor Connecticut ("Home of the she-wolf"!). Summer
'67 Ma was my Cub Scout leader and I saw Doors on malibu U.; "reincanration"
equals 305 years after Stiles death, two descendants watch his other
descendant "light fire". After that i waent from Cub Scouts
to Cub koda. Laslty, Jim of Clan Morrison lost his kilt (actually
his trousers) in Miami but Ray manzarek (RIP) sez: "it didnt
happen, mannn....if he had, we'd-a seen it; it wuz a hefty tool"....hmmm...."toilet

Sonntag 18 Feb 2024. five pm. plough and stars mess around.
Gee Julie took a photo of the very handsome Bob Cenci;
we wuz sittin' wid captain easychord whom said
"dis song sounds like "it's alright Ma (I'm only bleedin')".
My notes: "kinda Billy Bragg-ish". Crow Follows:
"Tom Waits vocals". captain Easychord: "Morphine
mixes the Knitters with a touch of Tom Waits and a trace of Leonard
Cohen". Schmel Herbie Hind front row seat as Post-Modern
Ramona drummed (if this were the '70s BGN, we'd be singin' Joe
Jackson songs!). Tom Baker had everyone singin'
'long on "Country Honk". There wuz a shoutout to my
distant cuzzin Justine Covault, a toon Gee Julie
said sounded like "Maggie May". There wuz another Justine
in drop D tuning; i wuz impressed coz , like Ted Nugent: "I
can play da guitar like a modda focka; too bad I cant toon it!".
Okay, dat's two Michiganders and Count (Viglione) my father whom
WUZ Justine's cuzzin all sa!".

Sonntag 18 Feb 2023.after the Messaround me and Gee Julie alked
down Mass. Ave. and were ALMOST to where wuz Wierdo Records
when we saw Retrospect

Rec-KEN- mended by I and I; Gee Julie found a $17 black dress for
when she sings that Motown classic "My baby must be a mortician"
and I forgoed books,records and tstochkes coz da place looked like
Linda Garreau Highland's imobile home! Da kid said "My mother
owns this store; our house looks like this". to quote the Angry
GizMoans: "I'm in love with your mom!"

Monntag 17 Feb 2024. "Holiday/such a holiday". went to
Zaruma Gold Coffee in somerville and walked to 1.6
miles (for 1.6 camels) taking a half way break at High
Energy Vintage. CANT resist cheap vinyl so got four
for ten bux foreign pressings (two wuz double albums equal 6/$10!)
of a welsh singer/a greek singer/fegot the third country AND, in
honour of alex gitlin,mad painter: James Last Beach
Party (1970). Mein Deutsche freunds view him kinda
like Lawrence welk and discogs is sellin' 141 copies for 13 cents
apiece! (hey! i overpaid!). havent listened yet but schlocky big-band
arrangements of cecilia/blowin' in the wind/el condor pasa/proud
mary/give peace a chance WONT drive me to start back drinkin'; only
that "Hot Rod Lincoln" of course! (hmm..."we're gonna
rumble", Gismos written in '72, had this 45 in '72, slow down
the riff to 33 rpm....
