Dienstag 10 sept 2024. A gud night to play 45s and one wuz from manager Pete at the High energy vintage cart at Bow market wuz: "turn turn turn" by da Byrds. four bux and kinda "common", ok but this 1 0ct 65 hit (so i guess i saw Help couple months before) has a NON-LP Hopelessly Obscure b-side, dat being "she dont care about tyme".

Beatle George loved it so much he nicked "If i needed someone" which came out month after BUT in wethersfield, Natick, mass.,i swear a young lad livin' next to John Richman "borrowed" some of dese chords to begat dat first Real Kids album! (which I HAVE jammed on with John Felice, so yes, Byrds chords progression are THERE!). can't resist a Dead People Fact so....turns out (from wikitree) David Crosby's ancestor bought a Brattle street property (near thee-ate-er) from William Spencer, whom ist mutual ancestor of Gismo Kenne/Rune's Shel pierce and peter tork of Monkees. A byrd buyin' a lot in Purtian Harvard Square from a Monkee,man...."far out! far down! far around"....(fug da brown acid, i drank da camp lejeuene water and ain't nuthin' wrong wid me!

day of Wodin 11 sept 2024. Eddie B., whom had spun at the Sugar Shack sold me 15 soul 45s for $25 equal $1.666 each! So last night after an Americano First coffee at Bow Market and "fiddle jam" (it were bluidy seissun, ye nitwit!, I played Joe Simon's "drownin' in the sea of love", a November '71 release. I think Zeppelin wuz in a Kinda Kinks letter, I wuz lookin' for penpals gaining Tom Taber/Solomon Gruberger/Frank Lima AND Kevin Allin, Lunenberg vermont (my sixth cuzzin twice und das ist nicht scheiss!). I had also the month before bought Funhouse and Go Bo Diddley BUT I DID enjoy this song on rochester NY AM radio. FINALLY, last night, i caught the b-side: "Let me be the one (the one who loves you)" by KENNETH Gamble and Leon Huff; Captain Easychord texts: "dat be Philly Soul!": "Yes it is it's true!"....I played along with it and it wuz like a gospel-inspired version of bad company's "cant get enuff". Eddie B sez Joe Simon played da Sugar Shack and on Skippy White's gospel radio show, he mentioned BISHOP Joe Simon, whom, ala Al Green, became a preacher, went back to gospel roots after debbil's music.....whooo!!!!!!...
