    Well let's see, starting out the week we have....Boby Bear will be appearing, on drums, at Plough and Stars on Tuesday June 9th.with Kenny Chambers and bassist Gerry Bellegarde and Bob Metzger, a great guitarist, who happens to be taking a short breather from his touring with Leonard Cohen…sounds pretty good!!!

    The Meat Puppets are at The Paradise Wednesday June 10th....
    And on Thursday at TT The Bear's there an excellent show with The Black Mosettes, the Dex Romweber Duo and the almighty Detroit Cobras....oh yeah!!
    This Saturday June 13th at The Cantab is a good show...a big time throwback with Gary Shane & the Detour , The Brigands , Third Rail and The Boize . Now the show starts at 9 with the Boize, then at 10 Third Rail goes on so get there early!!!!
    Sunday June 14th Sasquatch and The Sick-a-Billys along with The Ten Foot Pole Cats and Wicked Whiskey are at Harper's Ferry....
    And Monday June 15th at Charlie's Kitchen in Harvard Sq there's Link Wrowe and the Wrowemen, Kermit's Finger and The Egos......

EEEK!! Bunratty's Reunion.....
    we mentioned a while ago that AJ Wachtel has been working on "Boston Gets a Grip", a CD of Boston bands recording Aerosmith songs so, the record release party for Boston Gets a Grip will be on Sunday afternoon, July 19 at the Wonder Bar (formerly BUNRATTY'S!!!!) in Allston.
    Don't forget the Bristols will be performing is after 9 years since thier break up!!

    First look back at La Peste with live video of "I Don't Want to Die in My Sleep Tonight". The video was shot at the Paradise Club in Boston 1979 and features the high energy audio from the Rat Rumble. Looks pretty fresh for 1979!!
    Across the pond posted Ian Curtis and Joy Division filmed live in London 1979. Nice versions of "Live Transmission" & "She's Lost Control"
