GET HANGED IN CAMBRIDGE AND MAKE AN EXHIBITION OF THEMSELVES IN A TWO-GALLERY
EXTRAVAGANZA WHERE: The Gallery of Club Passim and The Zeitgeist
Gallery WHEN: "HUNG" hangs at the gallery
of Club Passim from July 4 - September 24 with an opening reception
on Monday, July 25AT 4PM. "HANGED"
is hanging from July 19 - August 1 at The Zeitgeist Gallery with an opening
reception on Saturday, July 23. Hanging at the gallery of Club Passim
Gallery and The Zeitgeist Gallery beginning in July in two group exhibitions
called, respectively, "HUNG" and "HANGED" is artwork by a collection of artists
who share one thing in common above all else. They totally rock. One way or another.
The show includes work by Jayne County Dee
Dee Ramone, John Holmstrom, Niagara,
Arturo Vega, Jon
Langford, Jad and David Fair,
Godlis, and Knox…as well as John
Nokolai and Jon Strymish…so this
should be two awesome shows and opening receptions. As a matter of fact on the
Monday, July 25th at Passim's Unnatural
Axe play at the reception on July 25 and Arturo
Vega (the Ramones' artistic director) and legendary rock photographer
Godlis (www.Godlis.com) will each give a talk
and answer questions, so see ya there!! ......And WOW we have gotten a lot of
response to the tiny blurb in last week's news about the
Bunratty's reunion!!! Looks like it'll be: Sunday, November 6,
2005, tentatively scheduled at the Paradise, 2 - 8 PM. So, knock yourself

Jeff and Jane Hudson and The
Rentals with the super cool Psuedo Carol
and her classic, plastic fried egg. I was at their show at the Harvard Sq theatre
when they opened for the Clash…those brit boys acted like assholes that
night but the Rentals were GREAT(as was Bo Diddly)!!!!!!!!!
Jeff and Jane are still doing music and even releasing new versions of
some of their old stuff..there's cool photos and info……so check 'em out!!!........Also
another reminder that the Scene of the Crime THREE
will be getting recorded soon….bands on the previous Scene of The Crime CD's have

Hey HEY! The Midnight Creeps with a buncha
other bands are out in Worcester on Saturday, August 6th it's EARLY,
at 6:00pm @ QVCC-Quinsigamond Village Community Center (at 16 greenwood
st. in Worcester, Ma.) CHEAP show for a bunch of great bands!! 5 bucks - AND it's
All Ages!!!!….and for a worthy cause, Sunday Aug. 7 at 8 pm, there's
a Benefit for IMA Rock 'n Roll Camp for Girls
